Vartan Dilanyan

Chairman of the Council of Anelik Bank CJSC
Born on July 24, 1971.
In 1994 graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, then Moscow “Skolkovo” Management School. In 2008-2011 held various managerial positions in “BINBANK” OJSC. In 2008 was appointed as the Chairman of “BINBANK” OJSC. Since 2011 works in Accenture PLC consulting company. Currently is the head of Accenture PLC representation (concurrently); director of “Accenture Technology Ventures B.V.” JV CJSC branch in Kazakhstan, as well as managing director of Accenture LTD in “Financial Services” operational group.

Karen Margaryan

Member of the Council of Anelik Bank CJSC
Born on May 2, 1955.
In 1976 graduated from the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, then in 1990 Karlsruhe University (Germany) and in 2006 The State Management University (Moscow). Since 2003 up to date works in Global Economy R&D institute (Moscow) and currently is the director of Global Economy R&D institute. Since 2006 up to date works in Moscow Financial-legal University’s Economics and Management Chair as professor. In 2012-2013 has worked in “Rosnet” OJSC as projects manager

Maksim Morozov

Member of the Council of Anelik Bank CJSC
Born on January 17, 1973.
Graduated from Omsk State Technical University. In 2004-2009 held various managerial positions in “BINBANK” OJSC. In 2008 was appointed as an advisor to “BINBANK” OJSC chairman, senior vice president. In 2009 was chairman of management board of “Vyatka Bank” BAB OJSC. In 2010 was appointed as advisor to “Platina Bank” OJSC chairman. In 2011-2013 worked in “GUTA Bank” OJSC as director of corporate business development department, vice president. In 2013-2015 worked in “FIA-BANK” CJSC as chairman of management board. From 2015 up to date is chairman of management board of “BIN Bank Stolica” JSC. Since October 28, 2016 is a member of the Council of “Anelik Bank” CJSC.

Agob Kassardjian

Member of the Council of Anelik Bank CJSC
Born on October 12, 1946.
Graduated from the American University of Beirut. In 2000 was elected to the Lebanese parliament. In 2005 was re-elected to the Lebanese parliament. Heads the parliamentary commission on emigration issues. In 2000-2009 was the chairman of Lebanese-Armenian parliamentary friendship commission. Member of Lebanese-Italian, Lebanese-Australian; Lebanese-German and Lebanese-Bulgarian parliamentary commission, as well as Lebanon and European Parliament parliamentary friendship commission.
According to the parliament decision No 907 from 28.07.2005 is a member of Lebanese branch of Arab markets coordination commission.

Mazen A. Shehayeb

Born on November 20, 1968.
In 1991 graduated from economics and international business management department of American College of Switzerland. In 1995-200 was vice president of Federal Bank of Middle East for private customers. In 2001-2003 was manager of Kuwait Gulf Bank manager for primary banking services. In 2004-2009 was Kuwait and Middle East financial investments company manager for international market securities. Since 2010 up to date works in Lebanese “Credit Bank” S.A.L. as foreign branches coordination manager.

Ruben Melikyan

Acting Chairman of the Management Board, Financial Director, Member of the Management Board
Born on November 5, 1976.
Graduated from the General Economics Department of Yerevan State University. Graduated Economics Department of Berlin Technical University. Since 2010 he is a full member of ACCA. In 2013 has been appointed as Financial Director of “Anelik Bank” CJSC – member of the Management board. On 31 July 2017 was appointed as an Acting Chairman of the Management Board. He has more than 10 years of work experience in financial and audit sectors. Married, has one daughter.

Sergey Virabyan

Corporate Banking Director, member of the Management Board
Born on July 21, 1971.
Graduated from Yerevan Architectural-Construction Institute with specialization in “Industrial and civil construction”. On November 7, 2016 was appointed as the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of “Anelik Bank” CJSC; acting board member. Has more than 17 years of work experience in the financial-banking system. During his work experience he has hold managerial positions in leading Armenian banks. He is fluent in Armenian, English and Russian. Married, has one daughter.

Karen Nalbandyan

Business Development Director, Member of the Management Board
Born March 30, 1976.
Graduated from Moscow Lomonosov State University, faculty of “Mechanics & Mathematics”, Department of Financial and Actuarial Mathematics.
In October 2017, Karen was appointed Director of Development of Anelik Bank, a member of the Board.
He has more than 13 years of international experience in finance and investments.

Vardan Gevorgyan

Retail Banking Director, Member of the Management Board
Was born on February 25, 1982.
Graduated Post Graduate Studies of Institute of Economics of the Republic of Armenia National Academy of Sciences and “Financial Settlement” Department of Yerevan State Institute of Economics.
He holds PhD in Economics.
Employed at Anelik Bank CJSC since December 16, 2013.
He has more than 13 years of work experience in banking sector.
Married, has two children.

Arman Asatryan

Operations Director, Member of the Management Board
Born on January 16, 1977.
Graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economy, faculty of General Economics in the field of World Economics. 

In 2017 appointed as the Operations Director, Member of the Management Board of Anelik Bank CJSC.
He has more than 19 years experience in finance.

Rafik Suvaryan

Risk Management Director, Member of the Management Board
Born on May 10, 1986.
Graduated from “Banking” Department of Financial University with the Russian Federation Government. He has had training in Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in US. In 2014 has been appointed as advisor to Chairman of Management Board of “Anelik Bank” CJSC – member of management board. He has more than 8 years of work experience in financial system. Мarried, has two daughters.

Anushik Khachatryan

Chief Accountant – Head of Internal Accounting and Reporting Division, Member of the Management Board
Born on August 16, 1979.
Graduated from the Financial Settlement department of the Yerevan State Economics Institute and the Post graduate of the same department.
On August 9, 2017 appointed as the Chief Accountant – head of the Accounting and reporting Division, member of the Management Board of Anelik Bank CJSC.
She has more than 9 years experience in banking sector.

Sergey Arakelyan

Digital Banking Director, Member of the Management Board
Born on August 31, 1981.
Graduated from the faculty of Economics of the Yerevan State University.
Graduated from the American University of Armenia, in the field of Industrial Engineering and System Management.
In January 2018 was appointed as the Digital Banking Director, member of the Management Board of “Anelik Bank” CJSC.
Has 3-years of work experience in the financial system and over 10 years of experience in the field of telecommunications.

Born on December 3, 1977.
Graduated from Yerevan Financial Academy in the field of “Finance and credit”
On February 2, 2017 appointed as the acting head of the internal audit division of the Bank
Since June 1, 2007 occupies the position of the deputy head of internal audit division of Anelik Bank CJSC.
He has more than 15 years experience in banking sector.
He is fluent in Armenian and Russian, speaks English.
